Leather pouch
Folded at the spine, stitched along the edge.
Leather or Kydex, drawn from your blade, not somebody else’s. Stitch line, holes, welt, fold and belt loop included.
Three steps, then you’re cutting leather.
Design it in Knife Plan, or bring the one you drew in Inkscape, CorelDraw or Fusion as a DXF or SVG. Already made it? Lay it on the printable photo board and take one photo (knives up to about 10 in).
Pouch, pancake or Kydex. Stitch by hand or machine, chisel size, how far the stitches sit from the edge, one row or two, belt loop or dangler.
Print true size on Letter paper, tape the pages and trace onto the leather or Kydex. Cut it with a knife, punch the holes and stitch.
Every pattern changes with the blade. Make the knife longer and the sheath follows.
Folded at the spine, stitched along the edge.
Front, back and a welt, stitched all around.
One sheet folded at the spine, eyelets along the edge.
The pattern already knows your blade’s length, width and point, so the mouth, stitch line and belt loop land where they should. It lists the holes to punch, the thread to cut and the size of leather to buy, so you can pick up the hide before you start.
This one is drawn from yours. Planning a sheath is free; printing and exporting the pattern is part of Pro. While we’re in testing, everything is free.
We’re opening in early 2027 and picking a small group of makers to test it now.
